Hi
After i have specified the audio and video files, set my source range, and when i press START to encode i get the following Error
"Index of scan line is out of range(272)"

If it's the same file that you were using here then it's probably because it's a defective source file.
Re-rip it from the DVD again, convert to Xvid again and then see if that's OK....There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

Try scanning for bad frames. There is a guide at https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/153907.php. See if that helps.It doesn't matter who you vote for. The government always gets in.
