    Oh just having data flow through a single server can certainly be enough, I'm just saying that the test is your contacts with the forum jurisdiction, and that use of a server is just evidence of a contact. Depending on the facts of the case, a single server can be enough or may not be. Unless the alleged act was done specifically against the server (hacking) then its role in the data transmission alone is never dispositive, just a factor. Jurisdiction is not automatically established anywhere the data flows, you've still got to meet the traditional jurisdictional requirements.
