I haven't used P6 but in P5 if you select the clip and apply a filter you will see one for reverse video.

To change the speed of a clip in the Timeline only:
1 Select a clip, and do one of the following:
To change speed numerically, choose Clip > Speed. Type a percentage or new duration (or type a negative value to play a clip in reverse), and click OK.

primehifi, do you mean "make a mirror image of all frames" or "play the clip in reverse" ie. from end to beginning? If you mean mirror image, as booffead says, there is a filter. Go to Transform in your Video tool box and drag on the Horizontal Flip transform. Instant results.
If you mean reverse the clip to make it play backwards, I'm not sure how you would do that. It sounds simple but I suspect it would take some pretty slick programing.
