  1. The cost of sending something like this from the US:

    CDR $.25
    CD Sleeve $.10
    Bubble Envelope $.69
    Postage $.74
    TOTAL = $1.78
    Plus maybe a $1 or so of ebay/paypal costs

    I know Australia is a little more expensive, but I find it hard to beleive that it cost $8 to provide this service. Not trying to start a fight, just trying to say it must be a lot cheaper from the US.

    Why don't you crucify the guy... like this doesn't happen all the time.

    I hate when people talk about piracy too, lets take Half-life 2 for example, you think if there was ZERO piracy Steam would sell the game for $20 or 49.99? They would still sell it for $50 no matter what.

    yeah but we're talkin about freeware proggy's, not programs made by money hungry corp's. that's the whole point...maybe his reasons were legit who knows but it was a BAD IDEA. i think we've all come to that conclusion, no?
