I am constantly seeing post from users asking for advice but don't offer any details like what their computer setup is and what programs they are using. Just filling out your profile would make things a lot easier for others to offer help.
Remember...the more details you provide the quicker you will get help!
Also you might try to search the forum for an answer to your question. Most of the time your question has already been asked many times over.
