  1. i have a cd on my hard drive with 9 audio tracks and 4 video clips....what would be the best way to burn onto cd-r so that i can play the audio tracks on cd-player and the video clips onto dvd player????

    hmm dont know if thats possible with standard DVD players.. i know my phillips DVP642 wiwill play data discs with audio and video.. BUT you can try to do a multi session audio disk then try to make another session with s/vcd most likely will crap out but you can try..

    You might want to try and encode the video to vcd standards then play around with nero, they have options to do stuff like that but your dvd player has to be able to play vcd's also.
    I have played around a little making photo vcd's with audio that can play on cd players. maybe i'll give this a try to see if it can be done...

    You also need to look at how mixed mode CDs are created, otherwise you might get either errors or white noise when played as a CD

  7. i tried to d a mixed cd with nero...audio tracks in one section and the video clips in another.but when burnt on disc....only tracks went on cd.any ideas??

    First of all, select a better topic title.

    Now that I have that out of the way, your player might not be able to read data discs.

    You should try to encode to vcd or svcd or something.
