For all those brewers out there, how does this recipe sound? I'm revising it quite a bit as ver 1.01 & 1.02 were too mild for me. I want it to be hoppy & strong. I may dry hop it with more cascade too.

8 Lbs. Extra Light LME (Morebeer.com)
2 LBS Crystal 60L Grain
1.25 Oz Magnum Hops 15.7 AA
2.5 Oz Cascade Hops 5.4 AA
2 tsp Gypsum
½ tsp Irish Moss
5 Oz Primer Sugar (Corn)
11.5Gm Safale 04 brewers yeast (dry)

Steep grain 30 min @ 150 degrees, cut heat and let stand 10 min

Add 2 tsp gypsum and 8 pounds LME

@ First boil add 1.25 ounce Magnum hops
@ 30 min add ½ tsp Irish moss & ½ ounce cascade hops
@ 55 min 2 ounce cascade hops
