Making a infomation screen before DVD menu Loads

Hi guys - my first post here - so I am gunna jump in

I can make DVD's fine, but i am a bit tired of my DVD's just loading to the main menu, so what i what to do is have a screen play with some information about the movie for 10 - 15 secs before the main menu comes on...

Just like when you first put a Legit DVD on and you get the FBI Warning text - i just want to create sumthing like that - nuthing fancy...

hope that makes a little sense

I use DVD-Lab, and can put a clip as "first play" before the menu...not sure about other authoring apps though...
