    I want to generate a Interlaced PAL CBR15,000kb/s mpeg2 video with highest quality.
    NO NEED DVD video complian.
    What is the setting of GOP sequence[eg. I only, IPPP, IPPPP, etc], quantization matrices[standard, mpeg standard, Angel SVCD Intelaced, mb1 interlaced, Fox Home Entertainment, etc]?

    mb1 interlaced
    no filters , 30 flat part
    12 lenth gop open , use the standard GOP seq. as 15000 is still not that high ..

    Standard GOP is better than I only, IPPP, IPPPP, etc?
