    help!! every time i convert to vcd using tpmg enc it comes out very blocky. I am new to converting and don't now how to overcome this

    If your going from divX you'll have block problems. In TMPGEnc turn on smooth macroblocks, set search precision to high. If that doesn't work your going to need to increase bitrate.
