    I got a divx movie with frame rate 20 and resolution 640x512.
    what is the best way to modify the frame rate to 25 and the resolution to 740*576.

    I tried to modify the frame rate with virtualdub, but its couse out of audio sync.

    Just pop it into tmpgenc and select the template u want and hope for the best,thats if you are going to put it on dvd or cd,re-encoding to another avi framerate wont help.
