I used svcd2dvdmpg for a few days and decided I really liked the program. So I sent my donation and downloaded v1.5. When I tried to install it I got the oxc registration error. So I went through the forums and found the fix. I edited my boot.ini. I also went to system/properties/advanced/performance and turned off DEP.
Added the file "msiexec.exe" from windows/system32 to the list.
And finally I went to microsoft looking for answers. None of these solutions worked for me. I am at a loss as to how I'm going to get this program installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi firedx11,

If you think it's a Windows poblem rather than the software, check out http://computercops.biz - it's mainly a PC protection site but they do cover general PC stuff too.

    Good luck...

Sure thing. Here it is. I believe it to be a DEP error. But for some reason I have no way to work around it.

I tried everything. So I went ahead and did a clean install of my operating system. Downloaded my updates. And I finally got the program installed. Thanks for you help though.
