Can someone direct me to a guide that shows me how I can delete 1 (one) chapter point with IFOEdit as mentioned in this thread?...
    https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=957658#957658

TDA is not responding well to this VIDEO_TS folder I created using VOBEdit and IFOEdit.
I need to remove chapter point 11 out of 23. When I double click on the "Number Of Chapters" it asks me to enter a value...that's all.

    Thanks

    Hi hech54,

I did this once (only) and it was a while ago, but I'll try to remember - just in case it points you in the right direction and you get it sorted from there...

If you use ifoedit to hunt around the IFO files (I think it's in the main IFO file for the disc, not the one(s) for each VOB), there's a section with a whole load of timings and chapter numbers - I think I just removed the unwanted chapter(s) and renumbered accordingly.

I hope that helps some. Good luck...

Note: Make a backup of the IFO files you're mucking about with...
There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

    Carpe diem.

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

I believe I found that portion of ifoedit already. There is a "list" of some sort that clearly shows all of my markers....but each marker has two instances(?) in that list.
There is an option (a right mouse click) that says "delete chapter"....which I did (both instances of chapter 11) but I don't see how to make the changes permanent. Apon exiting the program....nothing happened. My DVD "terminology" sucks....that is my problem.
I'll try again....this time looking into also renumbering the the chapters after that #11 chapter.
THANKS for the advise...I'll most likely be back...

I'd try hitting the Save button in the bottom-left corner too
    If in doubt, Google it.

Chapter 11 is gone in IFOedit but still there when I play the folder in PowerDVD.
