hey guys,
I have a quick question,
I have two old video and audio clips that I am trying to merge together. These files are back from the days before I had a dvd burner, so I split the original video file in two and put them on two cds as vcd's. I now want to rejoin them and then re-encode it and burn it to dvd. How do I join the two video and audio files without causing an a/v sync issue? what program would be best to use?
thanks,
sincerely,

TMPGEnc will do this, and so will TMPGEnc DVD Author. Easily join two or more parts into one seamless clip without any need to re-encode.

If you want to guarantee that you will have no sync issues then it's best not to join the clips. Author them so that they play one after the other.
