    Hi.. Need help converting a *.divx-file to VCD. Have installed the newest divx-codecs and the newest Tmpenc. When trying to load the video-source (the *.divx file), tmpenc leaves me with an annoying message saying "* cannot open or unsupported". So basicly i need some guidance on how to convert between *.divx and VCD!
    Anyone?

    Go to Option - Enviromental setting - VFapi plugin and set the directshow multimedia file reader to a higher priority.
    It worked for me.
