Repeating what glockjs said: Lordsmurf isn't charging anyone with anything. He is merely letting us know of his experiences with Walmart. Whether or not you can find reports of wrongdoing is irrelevant, since it doesn't affect what Lordsmurf has experienced, and later posted here.Originally Posted by westlaw

I'm glad he took the time to warn us of possible sloppy, shoddy or even deceptive practices by Walmart. Thanks Smurfie!![]()

I'm sure his experiences were an anomaly.
Let's blame it on a "firewall" glitch or a bad server and take the Wal-mart alert warning back to DEFCON-5 -

Walmart is too new, give it time. It will happen. I did find several in under 2 minutes of searching.
If you look closely, you'll see the earliest complaints of Netflix "delay tactics" originated on this site. Videohelp is great, but a lot of stupid rumors start here, and are only proliferated as such because of the high search engine results ranking. It only took about 3-4 minutes to see this.
To find complaints for a company, simply search for the company name and "sucks" online, and you'll be hit be results.
Because my viewing habits are nobody's damned business, I'll have a moderator I trust verify what I experienced, since so many people need more (and unnecessary) info.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

I'm going on three weeks now at this point, and to date, have only gotten 7 DVDs total. I noticed today, again, that my queue had been slashed of more discs. This has got to be the worst rental service in the history of man. Some of my discs "went out" 8 days ago, from a shipping location that I could ride a bicycle too (yes, it's that close!), and still nothing in the mail. How pathetic.
It also seems that "monthly" billing is by calendar, not your sign up date. Example: If you signed up on the 20th, your first month ends on the 30th?Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

I spend as little money as possible at Walmart. If they were the only online rental, I'd go back to renting movies one at a time.
