  1. I wonder how long is the maximum file size(min) you can put on a 80 min CD-R, and what are specs for that?
    And can you skip/alter some options like bitrate for the sound to get more on a disc?

  2. Depends on the size of the video and the cdr media used.

    740mb on a 650mb
    800mb on a 700mb
    990mb on a 850mb

    Max video bitrate can be 2496kps and audio 224kps

    You can have up to 39 minutes of svcd using the above bitrates on a 700mb cdr or 49mins on a cdr99.

    You didn't say whether you were using svcd or vcd

    74minutes on a cdr650 using vcd
    80minutes on a cdr700
    99minutes on a cdr850
