  2. Hi, I've same problem but anyone can give an explanation about this!!! I've made my first CD too with nero 5. I divide a film in chapter (every chapter is a MPEG file) I burn and then when I see a film on my DVD stand-alone I see a pause (two or three seconds) between chapters (even if I set pause parameter in nero at 0)!! Howevwe I've tried with TSCV with one MPEG (you can divide it into chapter and the result is good

I think it just happens, I don't think you can change it.

Humm... if the pauses always happen between chapters, then IŽd say it's probably a problem with whatever software you used to create the chapters. Try something else... I use VCDImager with VCDComposer, and use Nero *strictly* for burning.

On the other hand, if the pauses happen during playback, then you may have bumped up the bitrate a bit too high.... When I push the envelope on bitrate, my SVCDs will show a very quick pause, more like a jitter or a "hiccup" every once in a while, in bitrate-intensive scenes...

    good luck.

  5. Try to burn it in lower speed, I had the same problem and it did help.
