    Hi, I'm new to the subtitle creating scene and I've been searching around on videohelp.com and on google about creating subtitles but didnt have muh luck in finding a program to create subtitles from scratch. I want to create subtitles from the very beginning, making subtitle for .AVI file.

    if anyone has any good programs to use for creating subtitles in windows from scratch it will be great. thanks for the help guys.
