    Is there any DVD tools available where I can edit a previously authored DVD and add some chapter points? Preferably a free tool! Thanks!

    TMPGEnc DVD Author is a fully functional trial and can do it.

    IFOEdit is free and can do it also, but need a little bit of knowledge on your part re: demuxing into elementary streams and then creating the celltimes.txt text file with the chapter points in it.

    DVDAuthorGUI is another free app, but I haven't used it so I'm no expert with telling you how to do it. FWIW it could possibly help you though.

    Thanks, I used DVDAuthorGUI and making chapters was easy! It also was easy to author the DVD, too!
