Is there a way find out the properties of already encoded MPEG-2?
Like: min, avg, max bitrate used, what audio compression was used and any other settings used during the original encoding process.
I want to edit the MPEG-2 and re-encode using Mainconcept Pro plugin in Adobe Premiere, and I 've heard that in order for the Mainconcept encoder to do smart rendering, you have to set all the settings the way the original file was encoded to.
Or is the software smart enough to detect to origianl setting?
Thanks for your help!
