Cant Log Into GB-PVR Forums

I've been trying for two days to open an account in the GB-PVR forums ( http://gbpvr.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi ).

Each time it says I've sucessfully registered, but when I go to log in, it always says no such user name found (The following errors were found:

I've registered several times using different names and passwords. It wont allow me to email anyone on the board either.
I've tried from two different computers and two different IP's. Anyone have a clue???

Or ....have you tried turning off your e-mail spam filter? They sometimes delete activation e-mails from forums.

Yes. I've tried several email accounts, but it doesnt matter as I cant get past the above message.

Had a friend who lives in another city and a different IP try to sign up and he had the same results.

Whats up with site??? Anyone know anythink about this software that I can ask questions from?
