    tried to play a DVD with Power DVD and got this: DVD-Video playback graph could not be built due to insufficient decoders. error code: 80040278

    but it does play with WinDVD.

    any ideas howi can fx this Power DVD prob?

    try uninstalling and re-installing powerdvd.
