Hi all,
I have a Pioneer DV-301K standalone DVD player for over 4 years now. It is a fantastic player - 110V-250V, 50/60 Hz, Region 1-6 autoswitching, PAL/NTSC with a 3 disc changer. It has Karoake feature also although I never use it. The only annoying issue with this player is that it goes into automatic Karoake mode at startup (an Orange Backlit switch turn on). This disables Digital Output and I have to switch this off everytime. Worst of all there is no provision to turn this feature off from the remote - at least there is not anything documented.
Does anyone own this player and/or found a way to turn Karoake mode off by default.
Thanks.
