We are looking into a dvd player that will do svcd,xvcd,mp3, etc and we are undecided on these two ones.


anyone have anything positive or negative to say about these?

I heard the hitachi will play mpegs burned directly to cd (which is a huge bonus) and also its touchy on vcds..

we will be watching dvds, occasional mp3 cd and using it a lot for vcds/svcds (maybe xvcd/xsvcd)


which is best?
