    I have been using NERO 5.5 to make VCD, but, I have a question about some options I see under the Video CD TAB when using New Compilation and set on Video-CD.

    What I am referring to is a window between the "Use Cd-i application" and the "Store source pictures in" check boxes, and have command in it like:

    CONTROLS=ALL
    CURCOL=YELLOW
    PSDCURCOL=RED
    PSDCURSHAPE=ARROW
    CENTRTRACK=2
    AUTOPLAY=AUTO_ON
    DUALCHAN=DUAL_ON
    TIMECODE_X=64
    TIMECODE_Y=100
    LOTID_X=64
    LOTID_Y=64
    ALBUM=STANDARD

    What are all these for? Can I change them? What will happen if I change them? What would happen if I remove them all?

    I really hope that these can be used to fix a problem I have using menus with PowerDVD.

    It seems that after displaying the menu page for 5 seconds PowerDVD automatically starts playing the video (or the last video if more then one is on a CD). No problem in WinDVD

    I always thought it was a problem with NERO, however, I have recently found that menus made with Ulead's Movie Factory will only display for 30 seconds (which happens to be the length of the background music I use over the menu) then will automatically start playing the video (or last video) on the CD.

    Please let me know as soon as possible.

  3. I think your menu problem is a powerDVD thing, I know winDVD has more support for (S)VCD Menu's. Those things relate to the CD-i support, I don't know if you can do without them, but unless your using a CD-i (and who is??) I think you can get away without having them. They don't take up much space though.
