(Also posted on DVDDecrypter's homepage, but no solution was given. A suggestion was offered to use Ulead instead, but the problem remained).
My goal is to somehow get the film "Halloween - 25 year special edition" into an authoring program like Encore, and add subtitles that I have created in Subtitle Workshop.
I successfully completed a similar project before with an older film, using DVDD and Encore, but this time it just doesn't work. I use IFO mode > stream processing > demux all streams into one m2v and one ac3 > No file splitting. Upon import to Encore DVD, the M2V file plays INCREDIBLY jerky. It does not begin on frame one, but 5 - 10 seconds into the film, and more towards the end of the film it begins playing halfway decent. I have also tried RAW as output, but that doesn't work either (it hangs encore).
Versions are DVDDecrypter 3.5.1.0 and Encore 1.5.
Are there other settings that I should be aware of. The "Patch M2V Timecode" box is unchecked, but the other options are not familiar to me. Please help me, it would be highly appreciated!
