I've noticed some of my new backups of orignals show pixelation and pausing. I thought it could be a media or software problem.

However I have just played some of my old DVD backups and the same probelm seems to appear.

Do DVD players respond to a service?
Do they get less tolerant over time?

This player use to play anything.

BTW they play OK in my SAMSUNG DVD Combo DVDV540..

any ideas?
