    Anyone know the best way to rip the main movie of a DVD to your HD and then convert that to a Windows Media Video file?

    What format should you rip the file in DVD Decrypter? (IFO mode, File mode)

    I looked for a guide but didn't find one. Any help would be appreciated.

    you can follow http://w1.312.telia.com/~u31220486/dvd2avi/dvd2avi.htm and instead of using virtualdubmod use windows media encoder.
