    i want to convert an avi file to mpeg2. i want to play it on my motorola
    e398 mobile phone.
    i copied the video details from one of the files already on my phone:

    Size: 169088 bytes
    Header found at: 22816 bytes
    Length: 12 seconds
    MPEG 2.0 layer 1
    112kbit, 503 frames
    24000Hz 2 Channel
    CRCs: Yes
    Copyrighted: Yes
    Original: Yes
    Emphasis: 50/15 microsec

    i figure, i would probably have to create a video file with the same details.
    can you recommend a tool?
