I have some DVD recorder captures that the AC3 audio is out of sync on.
I'm using Womble Mpeg-VCR and Womble Mpeg Video Wizard for editing and these tools have method to adjust sync but only on MP2 audio. They will not adjust the sync without converting the audio to MP2 first.
Can I get a suggestion on a Tool to adjust sync on Mpeg Video/AC3 audio?
Thanks.

Try Mpeg2Schnitt - it allows an audio offset adjustment on an MPV/AC3 file (they need to be seperate streams though).
