  1. I am quite the newbie, but when i was going through converting avi to vcd, i couldn't figure the fps # out, i tried using windows media encoder like it said, but when i went to the view tab, there are no statistics. I'm not sure if i didn't open it up right or what, or if i need an older version of media encoder, because I have 7.1 now. thanks

  2. go to virtualdub i think it has an option on seening the avi file stats
