Help!!! Dvd is playing BADLY after the 4th chapter!

Hello!

I've made a DVD using DVD-Lab Pro the new version from the MediaChance Site.

The dvd worked on almost all the players I've tried. When u try to play the movie after the 4th chapter about 7 minutes from the begining the movie is pausing every few seconds and sometimes it just stops!!

I've created the MPEG-2 file using Premiere Pro and Cinema Craft SP using 1st pass of multipass VBR using 6500kbps avg 4000 min and 7000 max!!

The audio has two tracks - the first one is the audio the Cinema Craft made from the captured movie - 224 kbps strereo. The second track is an AC3 (224kbps also) file I've made from the Cinema Craft mpa audio file using BeSweet! Maybe using these two tracks did the problem?
The calculated bitrate with the two tracks was 6773kbps!

When I'm playing the DVD on my computer using PowerDVD everytime I'm going to the next chapter the bitrate jumps to 9.51mbps and then goes to the normal 6.5mbps! Why is that?

Any thoughts?

I'm using RITEKG04 DVD-R Media.

Sounds like media, it may be Ritek G04 dye, BUT what media is it ... it does make a difference even if it uses Ritek G04 dyes !!
