Kellogg's is falttened and dried rabbit pellets. Except for CornFlakes. That's made from the scabs of burn victims and animals. MmmMmm good and Oh so crunchy.

There was already something like this on National Geographic channel - "Riddles of the Dead: The Body Farm" (?).
A scientist was leaving some corpses out in the field to decompose, and studying it & taking samples etc. Exciting stuff! -

I don't remember the details been a while since I saw that episode.
My guess is it was based on the thing you are talking about ... but of course with a CSI hollywood twist (finding a body that didn't belong).
