I searched and did not find an answer to this question. I have an oem version of Nero 6.0, with serial number. I upgraded to 6.3, and everything worked fine. Now, when I upgrade to 6.6, it tells me that I have an invalid serial number. I checked the FAQ's on Nero's site, and it showed something about looking in the registry for the serial number.
I looked, and found two nero serial numbers. One for 6.0, and one for 6.2. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work???

Uninstall all Nero versions via the control panel applet. Then open regedit and remove any remaining references to Nero (and "Ahead" if Nero is your only Ahead software). Delete entire keys. This may take some time ...use the "Find" tool.
Then reinstall 6.0 and try the upgrade again. -
go to the nero website and download the NERO CLEAN TOOL. then reinstall NERO burn.

Nero Clean Tool comes with a registry tool to clean up the mess. I would recomend using the Nero tool after uninstalling 6.xx.
