How can I make a sample vob file from a dvd?

Is there any app I can use, a method or something?

Hello,

Try dvd decrypter or dvdshrink (dvdshrink can compress a dual layer disc down to 4.37gb for burning to a dvdr).

If you use dvd decrypter you can use chapter mode to select an individual chapter.

Dvd Shrink will let you select as much time as you want in reauthor mode

Well I know that..

But I just want to make a sample (a piece of the film) vob file ( 100MB size ).

What program, or method is the best way of doing that?

if the VOB is already decrypted, then you could just use the "Merge & Cut" of TMPGEnc MPEG Tools. If not then you'll have to first grab a single VOB with DVD Decrypter.
