Hello,
Ok which do you like better?????
I like computer games better (including the ports - when they're the same as consoles because computers have more power). Though I can't run the newest games they're still better than the consoles.

Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?
-
PC Games all the way - only ever owned one console (ps1) and I think I used that about twice. Who the **** wants to play quake2 with a controller anyways ?
Buddha says that, while he may show you the way, only you can truly save yourself, proving once and for all that he's a lazy, fat bastard. -
Hello,
VCD Hunter - Yeah controllers can be burdensome on some shooters.
But Halo was fun on Xbox... So it can be done

I can't envision playing any kind of 3rd person shooter with one of those controller things, gotta be k/b and mouse all the way.

PC is better for some games. Console for the rest.

I prefer console games. My PC is setup and settings are streamlined for encoding and rendering not gaming.
Last game I played on the PC was Deus Ex the first one. Excellent game by the way -
PC. Graphics are so much nicer, and the controls for complex games are much easier.

Also, almost no strategy games make it to the console because of the lack of resolution (though that may start to change as hdtv grows)

PC games are great, but consoles don't require hardware changes.
EX:
Doom III.
I have a 128 mb ATI PCI Xpress card and the graphics on Doom III still aren't the greatest!!!!! -
computer games lately...all the games look pretty nice since i upgraded my vid card to a 9800pro. i still play console alot too. graphics arent everything, gameplay means alot too. cant get grand theft auto, ace combat, or grand turismo. and cant get ut2004 for ps2. so im basically split

I can't really choose. Although I will say for multiplayer games I like the consoles. You know the playing field is a bit more level. For the most part everyone's on the same hardware. There are a lot of things you can do on a PC that you can't do on a console because it's not flexible enough. I have an XBOX and a PS2. Just started getting back into them. I got them before a move and didn't have much time.
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore. -
