I just started a divx -> vcd conversion on this machine I am testing here in the office. Dual AMD 1200, 2GB ram! all default vcd settings, 'slowest' motion precision; all 3 of the multiprocessing options enabled.
10 minutes into the encoding and the source position is 13:30! the bitch is faster than realtime!
I can't wait until it finishes so I can see what I did wrong!
