    Hi!
    i need help converting a PAL dvd that i have to NTSC so i can send it to a friend in the US... i couldn't find any guides around here that do that... they either deal with avi files or go from ntsc-->pal .
    if anyone could please point me to the fastest way of doing this - or some guide...

    and another stupid question - can my friend watch it on the computer even if it's PAL?

    Hello,

    Yes a computer dvd rom will be able to watch it. Though you have to be careful about region changes. You could back it up and make it region free. Then it won't be effected.
