I encoded a .avi video with DIKO then authored it in dvdauthorgui and I got this error, Frame data under-runs. I'm assuming it has to do with the audio going out of synch at a certain point in the video. Is there any way to fix this?
Also I noticed when I play it in tmpgenc dvd author some frames don't flash red.

ive heard of there being problems with some of the libavcodec based encoders, such as quenc, freeenc, and nuenc, creating underrun problems with the streams are multiplexed. I would start there.
