You are wrong. You better watch episode 1 again.
    Hello,

Very well... I do seem to remember another hutt there. Though that is another tidbit I haven't bothered to look up... You get another star

He's probably referring to Gardulla the hutt, whom anakin mentions to padme as being the one who previously owned him & his mother. although I do not recall there being any mention of her being jabba's wife (Unless they divorced & anakin & schmi were part of the divorce settlement!)

    Hello,

    Excellent theory!

Yeah it must have been an off screen detail that wasn't mentioned.

They showed Jabba and some other Hutt though, and yes there was the mention of another Hutt which could have been Jabba's wife. Again, they were an eludement, but not actual stating in the movie.

However, Chewbacca's wife Maula has a favorite cooking show. Who was the actor that's the alien star of that show? This is from a 2 hour feature that was aired, and not a novel.

The other hutt was definitely not his sister.

I doubt it was his girlfriend.

A website listed gardulla as jabba's partner.

    Hello,

Doramius - don't know. I don't have cable so if it was a cable special I never saw it.

It was on in 1978 on regular TV. Come on. You remember the reference Han Solo made about Ord Mandell in ESB. This has the whole scene to which the reference is made. The world's first glimpse of Boba Fet. (as Lucas never used the scene on Mos Isley that would have normally shown him before then.

Don't bother yoda, you're not missing much, unless you REALLY want to see bea arthur (yes the lady from "Golden Girls"!!!!!) running a space bar with art carney or jefferson starship (yes before they were just "Starship"!!!, but after "Airplane" singing some god-awful song.
The only redeeming factor is the animated short (Yes it's animated so let's squash the rumors about it being some "lost scene" lucas intended for "A new hope") where we meet boba fett for the first time.
by the way wasn't this a trivia thread????

    anyway here's one:

What are the first words spoken in "a new hope?"

  13. Doramius- On the Holiday special: It was Boba's first appearance even if Lucas had used the footage of Jabba and Han in Star Wars (ANH, #4, whatever) because Boba wasn't in the original Mos Eisley scene. He was added later with all the other crap in the SE's.
