    If would like to know if it is possible to put multiple selfmade DIVX files on cd or dvd to play on a standalone divx players - is it possible.
    i.e a dvd-r holds 4.7gb would the standalone player pick up multiple files of not.

    Yep, you can store multiple divx on cd or dvd...but your standalone player must support divx(check our dvd player list).
