I have been trying to make an xvcd, but when I make the VCD
and play it... I get a small portion of the screen showing. ie Like the video is bigger than my screen can show.
I'm capturing in 704x480, and using TMPGenc... and following the directions in the AVI to (X)VCD lesson on this site. I've even tried changing any settings that make sense. I'm at a loss... could it be my DVD Player? It is an older Sony, but it supports X/VCDs, and seems to play just fine I just can't get the aspect ratio correctly displayed on the TV.
Thanks
