    Didn't the French ban the term EMAIL???? They wanted to call it something frenchy and make it their own right???? How lame.... (no offense to the French, just seems goofy to change a name that universal)

    Offending the French is not discouraged here, per se But the subject involves politics and many posts have been given the heave-ho because of graphic anti-French sentiment, including some of mine, so I'll have to say for the record that yes ...any country-bashing is considered politics and best said over at our political sister forum

    I would just like to go on the record saying that I am a proud Canadian and take absolutely no offence to any bashing of the French Canadians.
