DVD Shrink help

this has happend to me twice now.... after i decrypt my movie i open dvd shrink hit open files select the movie i just decrypted and a window pops up saying "dvd shrink encountered an error"
"failed to open file c:/ movie blah blah"
"the system cannot find the file specified"


anyone know how to fix this?

Are you playing the main movie when you try to rip. Give that a try if you're not.

i cant even get the movie open in dvd shrink


what if i just shrink the movie without decryping it , when its done encoding will it just stop and not burn cause it aint decrypted?

Play the movie in your computer's DVD player. While it is playing, open DVD Shrink and try to rip.

i cant open it with anything it just goes to decrypter.

Have you tried using DVD Shrink to rip your movie, and not DVD Decrypter?

Use this ripping guide and then try to open it in DVDShrink.

Play the movie in your computer's DVD player. While it is playing, open DVD Shrink and try to rip.

And sometimes all you need to do is open a SW player and begin to play it. Then close the app. That simple action "unlocks" the DVD for other apps to access. It doesn't happen all the time that it will remain "locked" and require this, but it's handy to remember, and try it. It wouldn't hurt

Hi,
If you use DVD Encrypter and change save directory even you take same which from Decrypter choice. You have to follow this typing:
Ex: "Your DVD name"\VIDEO_TS (VIDEO_TS : should be in capital letters)
Then you can see it under DVD Shrink program. That work 100%
