This is sort of a strange problem:
When exporting files from Premiere, the video file actually gets BRIGHTER and less sharp, ONLY in frames with added Premiere "effects" like filters, motion etc... In frames I have not added anything special the colours and sharpness are perfect. Any idea why..?
