Have tried each remote hack posted on this website from Oct 22nd and back - none of them work on my player. Main reason is each hack calls for the user to go to the Preferences tab - my menu structure doesn't have a Preferences tab !
Does anyone have any other suggestions? Does the same player come out with several versions of firmware which make each hack unique?
I bought this player several months ago from Sears for <$30 - shouldn't expect the world for that kind of cash but as a Brit I do have some Region 2 discs I'd like to play.
Any pointers appreciated.
