can't burn..

Hi all,

I seem to have a little problem. I CANT BURN A DVD and it's driving me crazy. I have sonic dvdit pe and dvdarch 2.0a. Evrytime i try to burn this is the error I recieve..

I have the pioneer a04 drive and i have never had a problem in the past 18 months. Do you think it has anything to do with sp2 that I iunstalled. If I use veritas to copy a dvd it works. I just can't author. thanks everyone.
