Invalid Navagation Structure Error

I get an "Invalid Navagation Structure" error perodically. Is there a program and a guide to identify and correct the error.

Do you get the message when:

1. playing a DVD
2. ripping a DVD
3. watching Oprah on TV

Sorry, Attempting to rip with DVD Shrink. I've had a couple that gave me that error message. I finally rip with DVD Decrypter, then open with shrink and still get the error message. I open the file in IFOEdit, but it tells me "No valid DVD volume could be located. Do you wish to continue?" when I select play. Then it tells me "Get DVD Volume Info Failed.", Then "Get Number Of Chapters Failed." and fails to play the movie. Power DVD will play it, but it won't play in either of my standalones (Tos SD-3750 and Norcent DP-300)
