    Hey

I'm trying to convert AVI files to Mpeg-2 and onto a DVD following this guide: https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?link=621 but I've run into a problem.
It all went fine and I got the file onto a DVD, but then when playing the sound and the video weren't synchronised. It looked like the sound was running faster than the video.

    Can anyone help ??

    Thanx

  2. Check the framerate of the source file and the final mpeg.

Check for VBR audio in the avi.

    Read some more guides

This being a newbie forum: How do I check the framerates ?? VBR audio ??? In TMPGenc the rate control mode says: 2-pass VBR(VBR)

I've already burned some movies before and they were all fine.
